Why is everyone so intent on naming a winner?! This is not a ball game... One thing is for sure, the Lebanese people have been the biggest losers.
We have been bombed back to the stone age, we need 2 billion USD just to reconstruct what was destroyed, and let me tell you, we do not have it. More than 1000 have been killed, only less than 1/2 being Hizbollah members, and many many of the rest not even being supporters of Hizbollah, but having no means & nowhere to go (and please save your comments on what u saw on CNN, check other less stereotyping stations). So many companies have closed & thousands of young people just like you are out of jobs. So many people have left in chase of lost dreams, me being one of them.
We are not all Hizbollah! In fact, there are 18 sects in Lebanon, many of which are against Hizbollah & we want them disarmed as much as the next person. But not at this price. We also do not want to be occupied, by Israel or anyone else. But I guess this is not understandable for people living thousands of miles away who have never had to go thru these dire circumstances...
Please stop trying to name the victor, this is still not over.

it depends on what you call victory and what u consider failure. both sides call for victory. Hezbollah consider that they could make Israel call for fire cease "at the beginning of the war USA and Israel didn't want to talk about ceasing fire and they called for total destruction of Hezbollah" and Israel couldn't make what they started the war to do. on the other hand Israel consider it victory as they could get a UN resolution for their side. that is the first time Israel call for a UN resolution they have a history of ignoring all UN resolution beginning from 242 and 283

So sad that people are calling the hezmonkeys the winner when they killed all of those innocent women and children! So sad the muslim pig terrorist (the hezmonkeys) claim victory when those same innocent people had to stand their with a hezmonkey gun in their back. GO ISRAEL KILL'EM ALL
