I can make small ones but like I wonder how to make big ones. Can anyone tell me the tecnique? Or post a link to a website where they explain it.

If you can already do the little rings, I would think that with practice you could make them larger. Maybe if you simply open your mouth a little bit more when trying to blow out the ring.
Like everything else, practice, practice, practice.
