Yesterday I read in news paper an indian woman sold her new born son only in Indian rupees 21 becoz she did not have money even to pay for bus fair. How one can dream that india is making economic growth like china.

Yes, in some places in the world, very little value is placed on human life.

On the other hand, consider the following- the person who purchased the child would then raise the child so they could have an education, a good paying job and enjoy a better life. In the long run, it may have done the child a world of good for this child may be the next Enstein, or Newton or Stephen Hawking!

Yes thats sick! If the Indian economy is growing then it aint in the right direction. More like capitalism where the rich get richer and the poor... A more eqaul spread is needed but the Indian caste system - you are what you are born into and you dont have much opportunity to escape that so if you are poor will remain so and vice-versa - doesnt help does it?

What hope is there for people that stupid that they keep having children despite being so poor and overcrowded? "What shall we do about our no food and poverty" Oh I dont know how about have some kids that sounds like a good idea. Idiots dont deserve sympathy. They will make the world so overcrowded that there will be no room for the next einstein, (not that, that is such a big deal).

not necesary tht the person who bought the child wud giv him/her eduction n tht child wud grow up to b entstein..the person cud force the child into child labour or prostitution..the person bought the child for Rs.21!!...how do u expect him to provide a good life for the child.thrs always 2 sides to everything.
