no real democracy in shia affairs in lebanon?

if a shia person in lebanon wants to get a post in govt he has to kiss the hand of nasrallah or berri? why?

If a Sunni wants to he has to kiss Hariri's hand.
If a Druz wants to he has to kiss Junblat's hand.
If a Christian wants to... well, right now, the hand has yet to show itself.
Because we have more allegiance to our religions than we do to our country. That's why.

i don't think that they have to kiss anyone's hand and if they have to i think they should nasrallah's hand coz he had done alot for them
