people get attracted to a LOT of wierd stuff... i am not surprised with this one ...if you are talking about sexual attraction...
but if you are talking about emotional attraction then the amputation has nothing to do with your lovers personality , usually "different" people have better personalities than normal ones

It is called Acrotomophilia and 'normal' is a subjective term, so it depends on your view of normal.
a 'psychopath' is someone who who feels no empathy or compassion or has no conscience.
