You don't get it????? Really????? Why should you????? I guess you are American; it doesn't surprise me.........I'll tell you why; because Palestinians, for example, or generally Muslim countries don't supply themselves with American weapons! That's why! Because your country and its European allies support the powerful ones; like Israel! You see????? The "kamikaze" don't have any other option but to use their bodies as "bombs" so as to defend their rights and protect their country! Please, do me a favour and WAKE UP.......................!

Well one thing for sure that bombers are having different ideas in their minds. I am Muslim and from Saudi Arabia, I believe in the Holy Quran. God said if you kill one soul without reasoning then you killed the whole mankind, and if you saved one soul then you saved the whole mankind. However, there are many parties in Islam and that’s what most western world doesn’t get it yet. I believe that every thing in religion against the logic and the mercy then for sure it is added up by human. Islam is not violent and refuses it strongly. For those who has bombed themselves I don’t understand how did they think when they violate first the Holy Quran and the words of the Prophet Mohammed when he commanded if there was a war , then they must not kill every one in their way and not to kill old people, children , women , unarmed men , animals and even tree or plants.

To dean727- you sound Jew because of your answer.. Anyhow, I am not against the idea that Israel State should exist or not that is after all in the hand of God not me or you who decide. Secondly, if you are so hurt from the Nasty Nazis then why don’t you think that Israel should punish Germany by taking over Germany instead.. why should the Arab suffer from some thing they don’t have any hand on it ... you know and your respectful rabies in all Israel that Islam had always protected Jews at the time they needed help and you can search your books and history for courts in Spain and other European countries ... however, I wish you all the best and be human before any other thing blinding you , still we are fragile human after all.

your question has really made me think and also made me ring up some of my psychotherapist friend to enquire regarding suicide bombing.

in his answer it was plain case of vengeance

he gave a one example of atrocity.

there was a man in his ward deranged for three months. his name and profession was not known till some one recognised him as a chemical engineer working for some refinery.that particular person had a wife and three little one and a very good family background. his parents also worked in some good school in that country.

suddenly the war broke of and things started getting worst for every one living over there.

with his own eyes he saw his wife being raped killed and his children being booted to death. his mother and father were shot on the spot reasoning them selves as the case of insurgents. his cries were not heard and was also thrown into prison and was tortured.

i am not justifying any thing over here. my only point is why some one really accept to be come a suicide bomber?

this one guy was lucky to be brought here in the hospital. what about all those thousand of people who has seen all this atrocity committed on their family. all are not fortunate people like this one.

all the people who are suicide bomber are deranged people. want to take revenge. they don't mind dying. so people mixed with politics and religion show them the ways and finance them.

Suicide Bombing. It is a burning topic these days. It started in 2nd World War by Japanies Pilots and is at increse these days. This topic can be summerised in few lines:
a. Suicide bombing doesn't belong to any religion (as no religion has allowed it).
b. This is purely brain washing done by experts Psychastricts and a needy person is made to think that he is serving either his religion or nation by commiting suicide bombing.
c. Especially in developing country where poverty graph is very high such needy person can be found very easily.
d. The terrorist support the families of suicide bombers.
e. The one who prepare them for suicide attack will never go for it.

Depends on the bomber. - Seriously

If it's for Religion, then they believe they'll go to their form of heaven.

If it's cause they're fed up with a group of people or the world, then maybe it's cause they just want to die and want to take down as many people with them as they can.

Personally though, I don't believe there are nearly as many suicide bombers as our government (and the news) would have us believe... I think more people who get ticked off enough to start killing people go the way of the terror snipers.

It's really stupid to attack civilians who have nothing to do with what's making you angree... it doesn't help your cause any. The problem is, the solo and small time terrorist can't target anyone (like say the president) and I guess if they're dumb they resort to people the president doesn't really care about (but it's his job to pretend to)... the civilians.

And then the big time terrorist, like the British M.I. 5 or other Agentcies... well, those guys target people to cause fear in their own populations so they can then tell the people "We have to do ______. To make you safe!"

The suicide bombers want Isreal to leave their country, stop killing their people and give them what is rightfully theirs. The reason that they choose this path is a very simple one. Isreal is a very strong country, backed by America. They have all the weapons and machines that they could possibly need. The palestinian people and the lebanese have very limited supply. Isreal has no problem bull dozing over houses with people still in them. How are the palestinians going to defend themselves? Do they have a large army to protect them or their families? No, if you saw the real images of what is happening, you would understand better. Palestinians have sticks and rocks that they throw at the tanks, they have home made bombs to fight a huge military. They just want Isreal to stop taking over their land. They are defending themselves by any means possible, just like any normal person would do.

If thats the case just kill yourself, why take a load of innocents with you.
