First of all dude, keep at it. Everyone has a strong point when it comes to muscle building. Everyone gets faster or slower results on certain muscle areas. For me its the chest. I do have a chest on me, but still needs a catch up to my arms and thighs. At the end of the day, I dont care too much on symmetry.

For you its the arms huh?

The first thing i suggest is dont ignore other areas of the body, but if you can, spend a bit more time on your arms.

BICEPS: -
For the biceps, I suggest doing barbell curls or dumbell curls. Dont be fooled by lifting heavy either. Just lift a nice amount for now - Say 70% of my max. Do it slowly and concentrate on yourself in the mirror. Stay up straight and focus on each rep (those mirrors are not for posing you know). Do about 10-12 reps for set.

When the biceps begin to tire, make this your last set and do as many reps as you can until I cannot do anymore. Use lighter weights about 40-50% of your potential for this last excercise.

TRICEPS: -
Many people that start out in the gym mostly focus on the biceps, but either ignore or totally dont even think about the triceps.

For the triceps, try doing the dumbell kickback. For your first time doing this, I suggest you use a light weight dumbell for practice.

Also use the (cable) rope pressdown and the overhead cable extensions.

This is what I do dude, and they WORK!

Along with the workouts, make sure your getting good nutrition inside you. Have boiled eggs, chicken, vedgetable and fruits inside you.

This is just a guide. Aks you gym staff about arm workouts also, there may be some machines that I dont have or use which may also come in handy, but dont ignore the free weights. Also, they (the staff) will make sure you doing them properly for best results!!!

The best way to bulk your arms is with Bicep curls and triceps pull downs.

you need to set aside a full training session for this.

start with 10 - 16 sets of single arm curls (in a pyramid)

start with a light weight and do 2 sets of 8 reps on each arm then increase the weight and do 2 more sets
keep increasing and doing 2 sets until you reach your limit

then start doing the same but decreasing the weight until you are back to the beginning.

do 3-4 sets with the E-Z bar wide grip
and 3 - 4 narrow grip

REMEMBER IT IS AS IMPORTANT TO BUILD YOUR TRICEPS AS IT IS YOUR BICEPS AS THIS GIVES A GOOD SHAPE TO THE ARMS

then go on to triceps pull downs using a rope on the Lat machine.
(as many as you can do)

And in your opinion there is a way to get bigger arms or legs?!
I don't think your arms are stayed practically the same as you said, otherwise you should look as a freak even! Everything in our body gets genetic factor and during infancy it's possible to act to control some fact right a little bit. I think there is nothing tro do, but just try exercise thro winning.

This will sound counter-intuitive, but it's possible that you are doing too much on your arms. Because these are relativley small muscles (particularly the biceps), they need plenty of rest between sessions. I'd suggest that you only work out your biceps once every 4 days, and isolate your triceps only once every 4 days.

Try less reps. but much use much heavier weights. ie Instead of your normal repatitions try doing them between 3 & 5 reps at sets of 5 You should feel the blood rush into your biceps. Do the same for the triceps. It's not just reps theat pump you up but combined with heavier weights too.

Good Luck

How many arms?only two?or two?or two x two?
Propation? You look out of?Is it a good view?Do you share it?
Maybe you should eat lots of burgers and milkshakes while you look out of your propation? My arms have always been close to my chest,I like them, they're my friends, they let me put things in my mouth, like burgers and milkshakes,Good luck,I hope you make friends with your arms!
