OK try this for a definition; passion is when you become lost in a combination o yourself and the object of your passion to the point where, even for just a short time, it consumes your entire consciousness.for better or worse; this is not necessarily a good thing

Well since I'm reading one of your questions, isn't it by definition, you?

You name it, I'm probably passionate about it. I'm essentially rent-a-rant. Poverty. War. Education. Housing. Arms. Deception. Famine. Apathy. The dumbing down of society. The need for the full integration of society, and access for people with varying levels of disability. Truth. Justice. Crime. The fact that 14 year olds are killing each other with knives in British schools. The fact that with apparently no democratic hindrance there are armed police on the streets. ID cards. Chip and Pin technology. The fact that many Armageddon-Watchers are grinning. The need to evolve. Inadequate care facilities for the elderly. The fact that I've reached a point in life where I can even see the bad guys as ordinary human beings. The drowning out of true debate under threat of being regarded as unpatriotic. My next deadline. My upcoming holiday (think I might need one, don't you?). My wife, and my hope to one day write something that might matter longer than I do...

Yeah...that'll do for the next hour or so...:o)

At the moment, and several other moments throughout my life, I am feeling passionate about knowing absolutely nothing. I have been pondering the thought of what the purpose is in wondering 'why'?

You are right, it is not always good, but is it bad?

This isn't going to sound very deep...

I am just feeling passionate about getting off my duff and doing things...things that need to get done like painting projects and appointments, things that are good for me like exercising and connecting with my friends, things I want to do like playing with my kids and watching movies I wanted to see for months with my husband, taking walks, and reading things I want to read. Going to the beach before it closes for the summer.

Maybe that's Carpe Diem. Maybe it's the realization that summer is almost over and my time will not be my/our own come fall. Anyway, I told you it's not real deep.

Lot's of things. The main one....you might already have an idea about it,so I'll move on to the next thing, which is... I'll say, getting the spare room sorted out, it looks like a bombs gone off,and it needs to look dining room-like again!

Myself! I always told myself that if I cannot be passionate or love myself, there is no way that I can learn to love or have passion for anyone.

I am feeling passionate about bloody cyclists whizzing down pedestrian precincts at 100mph and almost knocking me down. There should be more police about fining the eejits.

Going back to bed. I just pulled a 24+ hour day, and 9 hours did not do the trick.

passion, is one of the few pure emotions, most people do not know they have passion in them until the day they feel it.....

When your heart breaks with , happiness laughter fear and sorrow at once

My passion, is to be passionate
