This is a very difficult question to answer. The BEST and UNIQUNESS depend on how you want to see it. For example there can be some Flash made websites with cool and unique features. At the same time, there can be other websites which the developer tried to put some special features with background implementations (like AJAX). And in many cases, the BEST site may not be the most unique or the vice versa. Isn’t it?

depends on what you're looking for, obviously, but i've always thought Postsecret.com was a great, very unique site.
