Im wondering what Americans think of this aswell. Im not, im Dutch, and I feel that the problem in Israel is being worsened by American interference. Because the Jewish lobby is so big in the US, that no president will even try to see the Palestine point of view, in fear of losing votes. This is not an anti-semite statement, i see that it is a dificult situation for both parties. But it is a fract that Palestines are being oppresed by the Israeli's, and they cant do anything about it. If Israel where to make sure that Palestines could have decent lives in the occupied regions, it might just be a first stepo to lasting peace.

First of all, that was her own stupid fault. Her parents should have taught her not to lie down in front of bulldozers.
Second, no, most americans don't know the full israel story, only the bits about how israel is a democracy (but not racist), under attack by a sea of enemies (kind of true, there are hostile nations around them but israel is militarily stronger than them by far). They know that Israel was formed by the UN, but they don't know that the land was ethnically cleansed beforehand, and they don't know how many UN resolutions Israel has violated in the course of its history (irony at its best because they were formed through UN charter).

As I read the topic of your question, I thought you are on of this weird fundamentalist Muslims. But your question is really justified: Any other aggressor with a behaviour like Israel will get serious problems with American military. In my opinion it's necessary to safe the Lebanon and the Palestine people against the Hebrew treatment!
P.S.: I'm not a Muslim, nor an American!

The Israeli Government doesn't commit crimes per se.
They do defend Israel.

Its too bad that Miss Corrie chose to support the terrorists.

well, lets see, when was the last time a Jew strapped a bomb on himorher self and boarded a airplane with his her kids and blew themselves up along with 200-300 hundred other people??
