in a small island that i own, somewhere in the philippines-where i'm near my family and friends but not so near, acessible where they would just be crashing around. - i'd be making my own paradise there, with all the amenies and facilities of a world class hotel, i'd be earning money too.

Whakatane, Aotearoa (New Zealand). I live here now. We have beautiful beaches, thousands of acres of native forest, no traffic lights (just roundabouts), 5 screens at the movie theatre, and a strong Maori presence. I have lived in many cities and rural towns in the US and Canada (ie Olympia and Yelm Washington, Ignacio and Durango Colorado, Belcourt, North Dakota, Tempe and Scotsdale Arizona, San Francisco and Oakland California...)Where I am at now suits me fine.
