first i'd buy some buds. Then the biggest bottle of Vodka i could find, good vodka. then i'd wake up the next day and go down to a car dealer and do some impulse buying. then a house. then i'd give my friends and family $200,000 each.
then, and this is the most important part, i'd find a deserving charity, one that gives food and shelter to the poor and donate at least a mil. and after that, i think i'd take a vacation, come back and go to work, because i'd be flat broke and i'm no good with money. but i'd have a cool car and a house.

US T-Bills ('cuz the bank only insures 100k) until I can figure out exactly what I want to do with that cash, as it's not enough to just spend wherever I want.... like that person above me, who would blow through 10 million in under 5 years with that plan.

pay off all my familys and friends debts and bills, buy myself a house, my family members homes, cars, put a big lump away for my future, then my kids future, then their college then their future, put another lump in an account to collect interest then i'd go and buy myself a badass car and live off that money and buy mself manolo blahniks, jimmy choos, and bags and bags and bags
