1. to be thin is very very wrong. but to be healthy ..... eat a very good diet, drink lots of water and exercise.
2. to be beautiful wash ur face everyday , put some cream or lotion and say thank u God for everything i have, and plz give me the things i need and if u can the things i want. and he will say i will, and u r the most beautiful thing i have ever made.

outward beauty only lasts if you have inner beauty .have you ever met some one who you have thought to be unattractive but find that as you get to know them and their inner beauty shines through, that they become more attractive to the eye.the other is someone who is attractive but become ugly as you get to know them.if they dont have inner beauty.working from the inside first makes all the difference to your outward appearence.Dr Phills weight loss book is great.
