Trisha was Marlons sole mate, but Donna is also good for him, so I think he has been very lucky to find 2 such wonderful woman to love him - it doesn't always happen in real life unfortunately

It has to be Trisha. Donna is lovely but too dippy & wet sometimes.
I liked Trisha because she was a brassy cockney bar maid who had grand ideas of herself but underneath that exterior she had a heart of gold. You could see Marlon adored her & fallen for her very early on and could never express his true feelings for her as he always felt she was out his league. Their true friendship eventually blossomed into a full scale romance and it was beautiful!! Aargh sweet!
