A tan is formed by melanin under the skins epidermis, and can not be removed with a topical bleach solution. The cells need to move to the skins surface as new ones form under them. This takes time.
Simply exfoliate (scrub) daily to remove dead skin cell on top and in courage the body to make new ones.
Stay out of the sun, and be patient. It wont go away over night.

If you mean natural suntan ie. from the sun, then apply a good sunblock, and wait.

If you mean a tanning lotion, their ain't anything! You'll just have to wait as well.
