well, in general bcuz the earth accepts u as a normal person.. cuz ther r many persons.. it doesnt accept character and other behavior. Basically, the earth is mean. Nature never is kind.. nothing is ever attained without effort. maybe not urs, but sum1 else's effort. Eg.. U eat chicken.. u do not hav nything to do with if it was a kind chicken or a beautiful one. all u hav to do with is that is food and food is for ur tummy!

The Earth has been around for about 4.5 Billion years,whereas Homo Sapiens for approx 150 000 -200 000.Actually I think it's less.The Earth couldn't give A RATS A** what we do to it because it will be around for at least another 4.5 - 5 Billion years until the sun has exhausted all its Hydrogen and becomes a red giant star thereby swallowing all the planets out to MARS!.

Earth gives us food, water, and air for us human. On the other hand, earth also needs us such as planting trees, cleaning water, lower the car pollutants, etc.
