As far as I am aware the only interest these countries have in Zimbabwe is getting rid of the murdering dictator Mugabe, He has murdered so many people . When he came to power Zimbabwe was a healthy and prosperous country, since he started taking all and any money that he could for himself the country has gone down hill fast, people are starving and dieing , Yet he lives in luxury.
When they have an election he rigged it so he could win. The guy is so corrupt it beggars belief and the sooner he is gone then all the better for the country.
A lot of people think that the UK owes the country some thing as we ran it for a while . Well the UK ran a few places but they seem to be okay. I wish people would stop blaming the state of countries on some one else. When the UK pulled out of Rhodesia the country was running well and everyone was fairly happy. Look at it now, And it is a Zimbabweans fault in Mugabe. It is nobody Else's fault , It is not the fault of any other country . The blame is fully and completely his .

I consider Mugabe the enemy because of the election rigging, the racist actions taken by his government and his inability to promote economic growth leading to widespread hardship in his land. As for interests, Zimbabwe is in the Commonwealth so has traditionally been close to Britain, although now I believe because of all of the human rights abuses commited by Mugabe their membership has been suspended. Not too sure what weapons they are building to distract us though?! Most people in Britain are appalled by his conduct as the nations premier.

Please find a link to one of the many articles highlighting the bad ways of Mugabe's leadership and the outside opinion on it.

I have grave concerns for your sanity. If you are a spokesperson for Mugabe I understand you have to do the best for the liar. He is not a man he is worse that the lowest snakes belly. We want to see the people of a once great land live again in peace, with food and health care. We do not care if it is black or white who run Zimbabwe only that the people are treated like human beings.

I think the UK has a responsibility to help the people of Zimbabwe seeing as they were the ones who had a negative influence in the country in the first place. Zimbabwe was known as Rhodesia and was under UK colonial rule. After its independence Mugabe took over and trying to shake off as much UK influence as possible, has completely lost the plot. The UK should now face up to their mistakes, and help.

as a Zimbabwean i have to say i would love the us and the uk to come in and kick bob out, it wouldn't be a long war maby 1 day. because as long as bob is in power zim will just continue to go down the toilet as all the skilled workers leave till all that will be left are substance farmers which will mean the will be literally no money in the country every thing would just be bartered.

Perhaps we shouldn't intrude upon Zimbabwe but Mugabe is a brutal dictator and hopefully he'll get thrown out. But let's hope not many innocent people have to die to get him out.

I don`t believe you actully realise what a murdering tyrant you have as a leader, or you do realise, but are benefitting from his regime through the suffering of a vast majority of your fellow Zimbabweans. I hope you have ignorance in your mind rather than blood on your hands.

Lets' hope MAD BOB stops killing innocent people. He is not a threat to US or UK democracy, simply to his iown people. (Zim was not rich, Bob and his cronies drained the resources.)
