US Dollar by far. Next closest would be the Euro but they are far behind. The Yen is number 3.

I would definitely say the dollar is more widely used. The dollar can be used in most countries in the world apart from the U.S. whereas the yen, though popular, is not that widely accepted by foreign merchants.
