Not sure how you plan to pick a best answer to this...

I'm in the UK, so being on an island, every other country is overseas. I have been lucky enough to be able to travel fairly widely - to the USA, Canada, Bolivia, Peru, Brazil, Argentina, South Africa, Namibia, Mauritius, Botswana, Tunisia, Italy, France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, Ireland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, India, Sri Lanka, Malaysia and Singapore.

Technically, anyone who has flown over a sea or taken a boat over a sea has been "over seas", of course, whether or not they actually went to another country in the process.

I have...

to France
to Spain

I've also been on cruises to...

Antiqua
St. Maarten
St. Thomas
St. Croix
San Juan

but that doesn't really qualify as over seas does it?
