i have massvie stomach pain one and off for three days now the pain is that bad it even wakes me up when i sleep the pain starts on my right side of my belly botton when i press at that area it is sore when the pain is gone its not sore the pain comes every three hours and will last for 20 minuites its worse when i lie down

You must go to the doctor immediately,could be constipation,or trapped wind.better to be safe than sorry though.try not to worry.

This could be so many different things. From gall stones to gastroenteritis, from irritable bowel to Crohn's disease, from appendicitis to renal stone. You need to see a doctor, who can then take a full history, examination and if necessary do blood test and urine test. This is not what Yahoo Answer is for.
