The only REAL option availible to you is plastic surgery.
But:
1.You'll be hard pressed to find a surgeon willing to do it.
2.You may never get an erection again.
3.He might mess up and you'll end up with a shorter, deformed-looking penis.
Pills, Creams, Diet Plans....All rubbish. They're just companies looking to profit off your insecurity. And they are never approved by the FDA (Food and Drug Administration)
Pumps, Massagers, Weight's etc...only make your penis look bigger for a few minutes after you use them. They can severly damage the tissues in your penis.
All in all, there's nothing you can do to impress your girlfriend. Just shave it and hope she's never a penis before.

Ow, I have a good idea, you pray and ask that after life you will have a big one. though it is not applicable at this time, but better grab the chance for the next time. :) Im sure you regret why before you did not pray for that.
