A camel toe, is when a girl is wearing very tight hot pants or jeans, that actually are so high and tight, that they mold around her vagina.
This look has been compared to a camels toe, which is round, with a slit in the middle.
Men especially like this, it has the same effect on them as seeing a woman's cleavage, because they can see the shape of the vagina, without seeing the real thing, leaving a little to the imagination.
Personally, as a girl, I think it looks tasteless and desperate, and I'd find it uncomfortable if my jeans were pulling up like that, but hey, each to his own.
