i an not sure what else you need but my friend is a manager at a local swimming pool and every few months they drain the pool and when its empty and power washed the sludge in the filters has to be removed by men in special suits wearing face masks and breathing gear !! its then treated as a bio hazard. he gave up swimming years ago.

Why don't you dress up as a little kiddy and buy some sweets with those kids go free vouchers on from your local corner shop?
I think you can get them on fruit pastilles and fruit gums and some other sweets as well.
That way you can go swimming for free.

tjs282 stole my idea....used band aids and plenty of hair. You also need to find insects and leaves to float in there. Also, every few weeks some vomit would be nice.
