Hi, slartybardfast.

My discovery has got nothing to do with monopole...
Magnetic field is in circular condition, N & S are just to indicate the direction for reference purpose... So very simple, N & S are actually the same only the directions different. Can we divide one simple singular item into two? No, right? For centuries, people have mistaken that a magnet comes with two 'extreme poles'...

My conclusion: no such thing as monopole in real world. Besides imaginary theory.

This is indeed an interesting argument and you should follow it through.
It’s true that N and S is a designation similar to head and tail, top or bottom, up and down, and so on. However these concepts are inseparable in the case of magnetism.
As far as monopole is concerned it is indeed a mathematical invention that has shown to be useful in QM modeling as introduced by PM Dirac (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Magnetic_monopole#Dirac.27s_quantization ) .

Is it a real or is it ‘Memorex’ remains to be seen. Today a monopole or a magnetic charge concept is imaginary. Probably because magnetism exists due to moving electrical charges and magnetism is an electromagnetic phenomena. So RHR still holds.
