i'm already 18, but my voice seemed not to change alot.. people said my voice sounds like a female voice..

DO you have other signs of puberty, such as facial hair, pubic hair, etc? Have you had a siginificant growth spurt (often accompanies puberty)? If not, you may just be late developing, it is not uncommon at all in males. My father grew 7 inches, and got his facial hair and deeper voice between the ages of 20 and 21. And one of my sons did not experience onset of puberty til he was nearing 18, and still isn't shaving yet. If you are very concerned, then to seek the advices of a doctor.

Go see a doctor.You might have a growth in your brain on the part which controls your pituitary glands.If you experience headaches definitely get it checked out.
