Hello, all. Im making my private websiteabout automotive. In my webiste you will see my own analysis about automotives.By the way, I need to use car images(photos, pictures) from Automotive corporation's official website:Toyota,BMW, Honda and so on. Generally, those images are not allowed to be used to any website because of the copyrights. However, some of the websites such as Yahoo Auto, or big company or even private ones have been using those photos. Then could you please tell how could I use those images. What if I started use those photos, what si going to happen? They are gonna sue me? Please somebody let me know what should I do for it or should not do.

The web sites that are displaying these images have, more than likely, obtained the licensing rights to use these images. You'll probably want to contact a trademark attorney to assist you with this matter.
