Try the Anime Corner Store or eBay.
I don't know of any places in Singapore that sell animes, so unfortunately you'll probably have to pay Hell for shipping and handling.

go to those markets thats really far away. u usually buy them in cheap stores that sells illegal dvds. if ure a goody-two-shoes .. buy it off a friend or on ebay. download it. there's always blackmail .. or u can ask the library to borrow it.
if the library aint gots it .. tell them u want that particular anime and then they say they'll buy it. once they buy it .. borrow it .. tell them u lost it .. and pay for it cheaper.
my friends done that heaps of times. it's not lying .. or stealing .. ure still paying for it .. except buying it off cheaper ..
its called being smart.
