Palani is reached by just three hours drive from any of the nearest airports: Coimbatore, Madurai and Tiruchy. It is an important railway station on the Dindugal-Coimbatore line. The nearest tourist information office is at Madurai. There is a Palani Devasthanam Information Centre at the Palani bus stand.

Hi...

If you go from Palani, than pass through Cattrappatt, then to Vendasadur, then to Manaparai, the to Tiruchchirappalli, Then, Just follow to Trichy... It's about 153 km!

Palani is 153 km. from Trichy and is well connected by road. Yhe way is via Dindigul.

I think 153 km should be right. Take the Dindigul road (via Karumandapam). On the way to Dindigul the road will take a diversion to Palani. You need not get into Dindigul city which is clumsy

I think its about 350 kms by road. But I am not sure, it could be + / - by 10%
