You're presupposing that something would happen to all the gods, hereby setting up your question for a certain direction of answer that doesn't necessarily have to be the case. For example, when the secret is found out: They (the Gods) give each other a high five and start discussing real estate. You know- location, location, location.... Although as royalty of infinite space, I doubt it would be an issue. If you don't like that answer, try these... what happens to the gods?
If your're...
Buddhist- Nothing
Hindu, Jain- Everyone is Brahman, so they're all incorporated in.
Muslim-- God(s)? You must be mistaken... it is God. Singular,
Allah. One God
Jewish- Yaweh recognizes his covenant with any of the other jewish deities and lets the rest take second place
Christian- gives Christ his son, position as ruler and judge, treats rest with golden rule
Daoists- Some kind of balance is achieved with all the gods

Nothing would happen to the Gods. Finding out a secret is not going to lessen their power. If anything it might increase it, because people are constantly looking for concrete proof that gods exist, and if people have concrete proof, then more might believe.

They will be joined by the people, who would have attained god status.

Then, they'd form unions, and association, and racial congregations. Over time, they'd start killing each other until only a few gods were left.

Hypothetically speaking, of course.
