ok people i am 11 and i am looking for a 11-13 year old girl that i can talk to cause thats my limit and i cant talk to anyone esle though ok?oh and only girls my parents saud so i dont know y though but thats what they said so anyone out there that wants to chat with me?

Do they know you are looking for someone here to chat with, and how would you KNOW that a person responding was an 11-13 girl?

Sweetie, it's well past your bedtime (and mine too), but it's not safe to put a question like yours out there. Too many on the internet are masquerading as kids, when they're nothing but nasty people. I'm not a kid, and am actually a grandma who wouldn't want her granddaughter up at this hour, looking for others to chat with on the internet. Unless it's a different time zone where you're at, that is. At any rate, it's not safe. Wait until you can chat with someone in your neighborhood, or over the phone with one of your classmates.
