Oh man is this your ma? I am so sorry!! The only thing I know is time and talking about it when you feel ready. Also talk to her spiritually and pray to God. She isn't in a grave, she is in heaven hopefully.

We should minimise the shock from the sudden death of our beloved one if we realize that we live in this world is un eternal.
Everything which has a beginning will has an ending too.We should received it calmly and logically that all human beings will die.Our spirit and soul were created by our Greatest Creator that is our God Almighty. We should die because our Creator has the authority to end our life. Our spirit and soul will go back to our Creator when we die.So in islamic teaching if we hear someone died we should say that from Allah come back to Allah .We should be sorrow and sad according to our hadith in three days after the death of our beloved person. We can not weep in a hard voice.
We can not have make up our faces(for women) ,sing and smile in three days.We should know that the sudden death not on
ly happened in our family.Maybe in other family was worst than us.We should received it as our God's decree which can not be changed in seconds.

I am not sure whether you can actually minimise the process of grieving but you can find help from many sources. I found this one that may start you off.

Hope it goes well.

That happened to me with my father recently. My advice...suck it up. Sorry, but this isn't a happy place. I got through the week of mourning, prayers, and eventually cremating my father by knowing that I had to be tough; if not for me...then my sisters.

Keep breathing, The sun will come up tomorrow. It hurts, bad, I know, but that will go away. You will adjust. Later, you will learn to be happy when you think of her. So sorry dude.
