I think I know what you mean by make a girlfriend. Make as in: how can I get a girlfriend right? Well, chatting online is fun, addictive, and you meet many people on there you could potentialy have as a girlfriend. Or go to the laudrymat. Lots of girls go there. Unless your around my age (14) girls that age don't drive so they can't go to a laudrymat. But you can also meet girls at school/work. But if you do meet a girl don't come on too strong like "hey baby can I get your number?" Bad Idea. At least to me. Most girls like guys who are funny. =)

as in friend or girlfriend? depends if it is pure friendship you are after socialise with people most girls are laid back and approachable most of my mates are male i met them through mutual friends work and playing pool. pubs and clubs are a good way to make friends i always find. if its a love intrest same route but wait. best relationships form from friendships

well first you would have to introduce yourself and keep up the conversation...most girls won't talk to guys that dont interest them. lol then you would get to know her and if she were smart she would ask you the same questions back....find some common ground and wala! you have a friend thats a girl lol
