download the free program from www.limewire.com or www.bearshare.com or www.shareaza.com and this will act as a download tool and search engine for your music/videos.
as a rule of thumb mp3 music tracks are around 3mb in size and music videos around 40mb. DON'T download anything around 400k or less because there is a high risk it will be a trojan virus or similar.
