I rediscovered the pleasure of beating the s**t out of them thanks to neighbour friendly yamaha electronic drums. Joined a band. Became eighteen again (although that was originally a 1971 birthday) having a ball, thankyou very much.

I don't play them but would love to learn. Love the sound of drums and Phil Collins has got to be the best around for playing them.

vinnie colaiuta, thomas lang, virgil donati, marco minnemann, oldies like ian paice, the late cozy powell, frank beard zz top, lots lots lots i play guitar and just started keys at 38, bass too, just can't find anyone interested in playing in a band unless its 18-22 year olds playing punk or something not as old as my socks, i love 80's wish there was someone local out there, tried muso finder but all were "experts" too serious on verge of stardom illusion, mmm

Well my friend rock on dude! If you talk drummers you can`t go wrong with Ian Paice from Deep Purple!!!!!!!! no kidding, check out a drum DVD with him and the drummer from Red Hot Chili Peppers. woah, he demonstrates his one hand drill, and its a killer, great show! you would not believe it if you not see it, it is raw!
peace and love from Norway!
