How do you know that what you know is truth? No one ever really knows what the truth is, only the superior being does.

You are absolutely right. The Truth does not reveal once and for all. It unfolds gradually, and the moment the whole Truth is known the person becomes Truth itself and ceases to be a person and acquires the universality and eternity of Truth. We call him God incarnate, because it is said: 'Satyam Gnyanam Anantam Brahman' in the Upanishads which means the Truth is the Wisdom, the Infinity and the Ultimate.

If by "the complete truth" you mean "the sum of all facts," then yes, our knowledge is incomplete. But if you mean "the full truth about one particular question," then you're wrong. Some questions are pretty simple, the answers pretty knowable. "Am I alive or dead?" for example.

Our knowledge is based only on our individual interpretation of the truth. Therefore truth is truly a subjective concept.
