I recommend starting the computer in Safe Mode and then running anti-virus and anti-spyware software.
Anti-Virus - download, install, update AVG Anti-Virus - it's free and can be found here - http://www.vermontpcsolutions.com/tools_anti_virus.html
Spyware Removal - download, install, upate SpyBot Search & Destroy and AdAware - both can be found here - http://www.vermontpcsolutions.com/tools_spyware.html
Here are the steps:
1) Turn off system restore - see how here - http://www.vermontpcsolutions.com/disabling_system_restore.html
2) Make sure all virus/anti-spy software is up-to-date
3) boot into Safe Mode - see how here - http://www.vermontpcsolutions.com/how_to_start_in_safe_mode.html
4) run AVG, SpyBot and AdAware - full system scan - while in Safe Mode
5) remove the malware, then reboot
6) turn system restore back on
7) if the Trojan comes back you might need to edit your startup menu using MSCONFIG - to learn how to do this go here - http://www.vermontpcsolutions.com/how_to_use_msconfig.html
Good Luck!

Go into Trend Micro's website and run a "Housecall", it will search for all sorts of nasties, spyware trojan viruses etc. then delete them . It is free.
AVG found something on my system, but said it could not remove it. Housecall did.

yahoo anti-spy allthough a good scanner for cookies ect,is not a good all round scanner,ewido(http://www.ewido.net/en/),spybot(http://www.safer-networking.org/),and
adaware(http://www.lavasoftusa.com/software/adaware/)are all decent scanners and will all remove the trojan
spybot will probally be your best bet as it protects your p.c as well as cleaning it,a feature that sets that program out from the rest,a must

If you remove this Trojan, then you find it comes back, then the Trojan must be in system restore - turn off system restore - run virus program - restart computer - turn system restore back on.
