Virginity means lack of experience, so she is no longer a virgin. What sometimes tears during sex is the hymen, but it doesn't have to tear or bleed. Gentle slow sex doesn't tear the hymen, also it can be stretched to not tear. Sometimes guys are fooled into thinking they are with virgins, because they are rough and the girl bleeds. Sometimes guys can also be fooled and imagine that somebody who was sexually active is virgin, because they are rough and make the woman bleed.
Women can also be sewn to feel tight like virgins.

so sad... the labia is the "cheek" portion of the external genitalia of the female. it is not connected with the so called physical virginity. what i believe you are referring to is the hymen. the hymen is the one that gets lacerated or torn when a woman experiences sex for the first time. once lacerated, it does not grow back. your girlfriend, unfortunately is not a virgin anymore. dont take that against her though.

her labia has nothing to do with virginity, and no she will never be a virgin again, but it wasnt her fault and it should not be held against her.

It's not her labia that you are thinking about. It is her hymen and no it will not close again.
