now! weather nae bad and students are away to go back in sept - centre of aberdeen means good for RGU, aberdeen uni, grays etc! also prices have just gone up again

Put It up for sale around the summer because that is the time of year people have the least amount of things to buy due to the holidays. Spring time is also good because there is only easter really and people have forgotten about the money spent at christmas mostly. The snow can also make it harder to move so do not sell in winter.

Try and get it listed for the summer as summer's the height of the property market. Avoid selling during winter. What with gloomy weather putting people off, people are less likely to buy before or immediately after the xmas season.

Well if was me I wouldn't sell up in the winter just before Christmas for obvious reasons. Maybe spring would be the best. Good Luck
