I had a 13 year history of psoriasis, though I was in good health otherwise. But these severe large, thick and scaly excoriated plaques on my neck, ears, trunk and limbs ruined the way I was leading my life. I was diagnosed with psoriasis at age 14 and now I am 36 years old. You can say that I have tried just about every medicine both approved by FDA and trial without much success. If the Psoriasis is on your scalp you can buy Lenium shampoo, if it is on your face your gp might prescribe some sort of emoliant for it,perhaps aqueous cream, but you could go to a herbalist first and see what sort of natural herbal remedy you can use

My boyfriend has psoriasis....his father went to a doctor and they gave him cream that he puts on and its gone for a year....my uncle has it too and he just puts lotion on it to stop it from keep getting dry and flaky...their is no way to get rid of it....its a skin disease...honestly i wouldnt really waste your time getting cream for it unless if you think its really noticeable because i didnt even notice my boyfriend until almost a year later when he showed me and its on his face,nose,elbows, and tips of his fingers and his gets worse in the summer and a little bit in the winter....i have heard that psoriasis is mostly on your joints but it could cause to some pain in your joints where its located once in a while...it doesnt matter what you look like on the outside its what counts in the inside :)...good luck

go and see your doctor, the only thing that cleared it up for me was light treatment, plus cold tar cream from the skin clinic. The light treatment was great you stand inside a very strong vertical sunbed, they do skin tests first, (because these sunbeds are a lot stronger than commercial ones) to see how quickly you burn, for me it was 15 seconds, so that shows how strong they are. you usually attend the clinic 3 times a week until it clears up, they increase the time you spend in the sunbed by a few seconds each visit. The longest time for me was 2 minutes 45 seconds, and it took 8 weeks to clear. I had the best tan ever that year.

The best cure I know is some really horrible smelly herbs that you boil and drink every day for a week or so. It works.

Go to a Chinese Medicine Clinic or a Chinese Herbalist (Dr and Herbs is OK but expensive - try a local clinic first)
