First, turn him into the IRS.
Second, file charges of Bigamy against him.
Third, file for divorce on ground of bigamy, infidelity and spousal abandonment.
Fourth, seek garnishment of his wages.
And fifth, change the locks on everything and close all joint accounts to make them sole accounts.

Your marriage will not be legal if he does not divorce wifee #1. If the 3 of you are on the same page and going for polygamy - then that's illegal. What are the circumstances surrounding this scenario. Are you simply having a difficult time locating his wife? Cause ther are ways of dealing with that.

But you have to prove he really did get legally married to the other woman. If he used another name in the marriage you will have to prove he is one and the same person as your husband.

it depends on what state ou live in. belive it or not, you can be married in one state ad move to another and the other state wont recognoze a marraige unless you apply for a license in that state. same goes for divorce!

i think taht is what they call polygamy or adultery , in the law andin the eyes of our Creator he only have one wife, if her wife is dead then it is possible for him to get and have another wife but if this thing never happened then sorry they have to face any illegal thing they do!!!!
