I like everything from Disturbed and Korn to your basic Country, but when I want to calm my nerves there's nothing like The Lark Ascending by Vaughan Williams. It reminds me of snow-capped mountains, deep green conifers and the smell of fresh earth. Time stands still when I let my mind sink into that.

Songs like... Calling You, You Make Me Smile, Congratulations, etc.
