Hey Pcos is for polycystic ovarian syndrome. It is a insulin resistance in women . It can cause a women not to have regulr periods and can make it extremely hard to lose weight but but extremely easy gain weight. It can also make ttc or trying to conceive near impossible without medication. I have pcos and it is hard for to conceive I am on meds now. PCOS can also lead to type II diabetes. I hope this has helped you.
