I do not try to influence others. i do what i do. if they want to follow my lead, good. if they dont, doesnt matter. if they get in the way, they will experience problems.
always speak the truth. you may not get people to like you, but people will respect you.
say what you think, mean what you say, then do what you say.

2.Show respect for the other person’s opinion.
Never say, “you’re wrong.”
3.If you are wrong, admit it quickly and emphatically.

11.Dramatize your ideas.
