we r going for dinner,in a hotel and i wanna make it special to her though there is no occasion.
shall i get her some choclates,or roses or a perfume or body care products?

You can't fail with flowers, unless she has allergies or something random like that. But body care is kind of an personalized thing ya know? Don't even torture yourself with that. Perfume, same thing, they are very specific to her tastes and you may not know exactly what she likes yet. Chocolate isn't good especially if she is on a diet, or if she doesn't like nuts.
Long answer but now you know...go with the flowers dude! :)

It is the thought that counts, and whatever you choose to get her she will be pleased that you put in the time and effort and thought to get her something. Flowers are romantic though and most girls like flowers, how about ordering a bottle of champagne with dinner as well?
