Dying? Do these pot smokers work in to mechanic shop?
Where I work, there is a phone number to report such things. There is also a format "for when things go wrong".
Then there's always local police crimestoppers!
You need a different job if you don't trust anyone.
I have my group of people I trust above all other employees.

HONESTLY IF THESE PEOPLE ARE SMOKING POT THAT MUCH, THEN THEIR HIGH ISN'T COMPARABLE TO SOMEONE THAT DOESN'T SMOKE IT THAT MUCH. THEY DO IT JUST TO FEEL NORMAL, IT DOESN'T INTERFERE WITH THEIR DAILY LIVES OR THEIR SAFETY BECAUSE OF THEIR TOLERANCE. RIGHT OR WRONG SOME THINGS ARE JUST BETTER LEFT ALONE, BEING HIGH IS NOT LIKE BEING DRUNK, YOU HAVE MORE CONTROL OVER YOUR BODY. IF YOU MUST TELL THEN I WOULD GO TO THE PRESIDENT OF THE COMPANY, BUT HONESTLY IF HE CARED ABOUT THIS HE WOULD ENFORCE RANDOM DRUG TESTING--IT IS A PRETTY COMMON STEREOTYPE THAT CAR SALESMAN ARE POT HEADS,COKE HEADS, ALCOHOLICS, AND CHEAT ON THEIR SPOUSES --I DON'T KNOW WHY THAT STEREOTYPE EXISTS THOUGH. I WAS TOLD ONCE BY A CAR SALESMAN THAT TO BE A TRUE CAR SALESMAN YOU HAD TO HAVE 100, 000.00 IN THE BANK A WIFE AND 2 GIRLFRIENDS. IT'S STRANGE THAT CAR DEALERSHIPS DON'T DRUG TEST, BUT MY JOB DOES AND ALL I DO IS DEAL WITH MONEY GO FIGURE....

Unless they are smoking pot AT WORK, I don't think it's your business. They should lose their job for poor work performance, not for something they do in their off-time. Alcohol is much more dangerous. Pot is also safer than many over the counter drugs! You should research the REAL effects of marijuana if you have never tried it.

File an anonymous report to your local police and request an investigation? They might think it came from a customer.

Most local police departments have anonymous "tip lines" where you can report illegal activity without giving your name.
