What am I supposed to do if I'm an indigo child?

I'm asking only to the people that believe in Indigo/Crystal children/adults.
It's a fact that we are here for a reason right?... but what is it? Some of us have realized we are different than the rest... but then what? What are we supposed to do with those "gifts" we got? I've heard we are supposed to "show the path of a new era..."

HOW?!?!?!

I can see things before they happen...then what?? how to use them for the "new era" or to save man kind. I might say I'm a bit excentric about this, but still I've always had this strange feeling that I'm different....

If it true than you should be able to see much of what will happen. Better get your groupies together and figure out how to save this freakin' planet before we blow ourselves to kingdom come.

I have never come across this term before. Having now read the Wiki article, it doesn't seem to me like these people have come up with a brand new concept. The child (or character of any age) with special abilities, beyond those of his or her peers, is a standard feature in storytelling. If Jonas and the rest are "Indigo Children," then so are Harry Potter, Luke Skywalker, and about five million others I could dig up if given the time. I've only read "The Giver," by the way. By the time I heard there were others in the series, I'd grown so attached to my interpretation of the ending, that I didn't want to ruin it by finding out what "really happened."

Ok kiddo, it's just you're a pioneer and walking where the rest will follow. You're doing fine, but to help you a bit here's what I know...

There is a veil between what we know as life and death, and this veil is partially dissolving because others, older than you, consciously made the change within while here on Earth, to help facilitate the energetic foundation for the Indigo children. You could not have sustained life as you are without the partial dissolving, the magnetic matrix was not balanced for it until after WW 2. Yes, the Baby Boomers are the generation where you will find those of us who helped facilitate your coming as you are.

This veil holds us in the dynamics of the freewill zone, where we experience the duality of emotions, the Yin/Yang and cause/effect dynamics. A basic example of this dualty is those of us on Earth experience grief when sometime dies and on the other side of the veil the experience is joy (although this doesn't mean we can't feel joy here on Earth, aka Heaven on Earth, we can and do).

On this side of the veil there has been a great blockage in consciously knowing the past-present-future experiences in the here and now. The partial lifting of the veil lessened the blockage. Indigo children walk this awareness every moment, which is why it is easy and so difficult for you to be here at this time of transformation.

Knowing the continuum of time and space of the past-present-future-in-the-here-and-now gives you a greater span of utililizing freewill, where those of the past had extremely limited lessons of the freewill dynamics, thus, the great amount of death, short life spans, limited understanding of biology and other sciences, etc. Your awareness will bring about great strides in all the sciences so that you will put the last 75 years onto the historical shelf of 'primative'.

We will also have great strides on the sociological aspects of our legal structures, and this work is now being seen amongst small groups of people in the most volitile areas on Earth, i.e. small groups of Israeli and Lebonese citizens meet regularly to subvert the warring factions, and they will take over in the not too distant future to bring peace to the Middle East. Of course, for now, they meet in secret, as the old energies are fighting against the new energies we have brought on to Earth. Indigo children are part of these groups.

One more item: Just becuase you are Indigo, doesn't mean you escape the turmoils of puberty. You are stuck going through the wild hormonal fluctuations, because that is the matrix of the huma condition and it is the way we created it. Maybe we will choose to do adjust it in the future, but for now we choose this. Your solace is that it doesn't last for long, and by the end of the teen years you will be over it. Don't try to rush it, because that won't work either. Just do as your body says, but remain sensiblly balanced in your diet and actions. You're here for a long time, and it's easier when you balance the physical aspect of your life.

First off.....ignore those who tell you it is a bunch of crap. It is a very real thing and you have validation from the responses here! I am the mommy of two indigo's. Meditate and follow your inner voice. Figure out what your gift's and abilities are....as others have said and pray that the Divine helps you on your path! Always listen to your inner voice! p.s. go to the book store and see what areas of psy development interest you! Read everything that your interest is drawn to......even if it doesnt fit into place now.........it will down the road!

An Indigo child/adult I'm not but I share my gift that is from god
Although he has been with me all my life three/four years ago he came to me with so much information that I've just been doing what he wants since, share it

I don't really care if others believe me (somebody in here said they have O.B.E and nobody believes them) I tell the stories behind it, or have a few, and I draw and write what I see
I have had one experience where I believe god has spoken to me and one where I was in his presence, again others don't have to believe it I just share it how I see it for others to come to their own conclusions with what I share

My gift has progressed since being on the internet almost as if I have grown up on the internet because it is such a different world to what I have lived. I had never used a computer before opening my invention group and things have been going since then
Most of my dreams are cosmic, or death or war or something not very nice but the rewards are there by the knowledge I am gaining. It's like sent me to school with the internet as my teacher.

I knew I was 'different' as a small child, my first thought for being different was the circumstances I was living, then there was this little thing where I thought I could pick up others thoughts, the gift when I was a child. I could almost see people from afar as if close up in my face and vividly remembering hearing them talking yet were a great distance from me, now as an adult I believe it to be an advantage yet it isn't something I can make happen, I just go with it when it comes to me and now, it all the time but with the information given, just one of the abilities that used to make me feel different as a child. We grow to almost become accustomed to it, and I thought we were all like it for a long time

Share it, create (I created groups to share) or do what you feel as if you are meant to be doing, it's a wonderful feeling when you feel as if you are doing your purpose, whatever that maybe

My sister says that we could show them a different way of thinking. But it seems to me everyone else is too close minded and stuck in their ways to bother thinking differently. Is the new era going to get here when oil runs out? Maybe all of us indigo children should find a place and have our own little country when all war breaks out for the last of the oil. I'm going to go write a distopian novel...

After some research, I found out that in the last 10 years, 95% of children born are indigo children, and the numbers are increasing.
