HERE IS THE DEAL. I am not a pro Ebayer, I only sell a few items here and there.

I sold a DVD set. I immediately get a message from a person asking details so I give them. He sent me eight messages for each day of the auction, each one saying IS ANYONE ELSE WATCHING?? HAS ANYONE MESSAGED YOU? (he found out my personal email address and sent it there) im like OK STOP PLEASE RELAX? He won it and eleven minutes after winning messaged me and said SERIOUSLY "Has it shipped yet?"

IT ENDED AT 4 AM ON A SUNDAY.

tts been two days. His payment hasnt even cleared yet, but he keeps demanding that I send it before it clears or else he is calling my house and my local police! WTF?!?!?!?!?!?!??!?! he also said "direct quote" (I ALSO DO NOT WANT FINGERPRINTS ON DVD COVER. PLEASE USE SPECIAL GLOVES TO PUT IN BOX. NOT DOING THIS WILL RESULT IN NEG FDBCK.) <---?? WHAT CAN I DO AGAINST THIS PSYCHOTIC FREAK

I think you may have to file some sort of dispute with ebay. I'd also give him negative feedback on his buyers feedback because he has been extremely rude. He cant make those kinds of demands. Maybe next time you list something, say specifically that it will be shipped once payment is cleared and will be packed carefully as you see fit. The item comes as it is.
I can't believe that guy either, what a jerk.

Whatever you do, don't send it before it clears. Keep a record of all e-mails he sends you. You're not doing anything wrong so even if he calls the police, what are they going to do? You can probably forward e-bay a copy of that quote and report it as abuse if he gives you negative feedback. I wouldn't give negative feedback unless he does it first though. Just don't ship the item until you get the money... This is standard practice for sellers on e-bay anyway.

give him a neg feed back saying he is a undesirable customer as you can and if he wants to call the police let him the item is tours until it clears. I also think E-bay can dismiss he's account from he's behaviour.
If all else fails call him an ankle it's 2 foot lower then a c@#t

Basically this person may have experience some bad buying in the past or he is a very over demanding person. Try to tell me straight and stern bout the whole issue. Maybe he will think and act wisely.

Alot of sellers are afraid to leave feedback for a shopper except the shopper leaves it first, regularly for worry of adverse feedback. i have had it happen to me some cases the position I actually have left a favorable for the shopper and then the shopper seems to be a discomfort in the *** or leaves me a adverse for soem stupid reason previous my administration instead of contacting me. as a effect, I actually have followed a coverage that, as a dealer, i visit't go away feedback for the shopper till I actually have gained affirmation from the purchase that the transaction is complete.
