Kazu "it was not an invasion by North Vietnam" really? what were all those NVA doing in South Vietnam? sight seeing? The USA never really "lost" in Vietnam, we left. At the time we left virtually all the Viet Cong were dead and we hurt the North Vietnamese so bad in 1968 that their military leader had advised their politicians to sign a peace treaty. After we left Vietnam and equipped it with a very expensive American style military , Congress cut off their funding. At the same time China and the Soviet Union stepped up their funding for North Vietnam. It was inevitable the South Vietnamese Army would collapse with no funding. Their collapse happened some five years after most our troops had left, three years if you count a few small units.

no one can deny war heroes' great dedication to the U.S , but unfortunately the Cause was not right. God was not on our side. It was not an invasion of North or Vietnam commnunist .Not at all.
It was a greed to rule over the land after French colonian rule. people of Vietnam fought for their freedom. So their will to win is unfothomable and sacred just like our will against Islam terror is unyielding
