Jonty Rhodes WAS the best, but as the question seems to ask who IS the best, I would say Ponting. As for the person who said Jones, he isn't even the best keeper in the world, let alone best fielder! That would probably be Gilchrist.

hey all indians liek their own crickters but the best fielder in the world of cricket is Ricky Ponting the aussies captain he has been awarded 2 times for his fielding the list of the best fielders is(retired crickters not included)
