Heather won the restaurant, though it didn't seem to be because of her cooking. Virginia seemed to have the more positve comments about her food. Heather probably had better responses about her service. More food came back to Heather than Virginia, but; Virginia's food came out slower. Virgina also ran out of fish by servings ending. My guess is somebody threw a lot in the trash. Long story short, it was a "close" one. That is a fancy way of saying the better chef lost. You can't teach taste buds.
